The pause will start on your next recharge date and continue until your selected restart date (please only pause up to six months). Pause request must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next recharge. To keep your payment information active during the pause period, you will be charged $0.01 per month. If you would like to resume washing earlier or modify your selected reactivation date, please contact our Customer Support Team at 317-572-9299.
